I have to admit that I was unaware that Nordstrom even carried car seats until recently. Brands like Orbit, Chicco, Clek and Maxi-cosi. From infant carriers to booster seats. Nordstrom has really become the one stop shop for all things baby! 

                               

Who wouldn’t want a top of the line car seat that fits a child 4-70 lbs? The Maxi-cosi pria 70 is such an incredible car seat! Truly.
  • This car seat is both rear and forward facing with 3 settings allowing your child to recline. 
  • Advanced air protect to keep your child safe
  • Cup holder (my personal favorite!)
  • Another thing I loved are the instructions placed on the side of the car seat. How great to have that instead of trying to locate a manual. 
  • This car seat latches easily, the harness has padding, the lock fastens easily without needing two hands!

I read your article. i understand something on your article.Britax Marathon 70-g3 Convertible Car Seat is really very specially perfect for our so so cute kids. I purchased them several months ago. There are a plethora of reviews that pit the Britax against the Recaro, so to save you reading time, I’ll keep my review brief:

    Pros of Both:
    -Sturdy, High Quality
    -Great padding
    -Plenty of adjustment for a good secure fit (and our little girl is definitely behind the growth curve in weight: 1 year old and 17 pounds!)

This car seat not only looks durable but also stylish, which is hard to find in a car seat, even though I don’t have any kids of my own yet, I know a thing or two since I have been a nanny for over 3 years and I have so many nieces and nephews!!! This is out of my current price range as a newly married/college student, but I would absolutely love this carseat for my future baby!

  18. Researching carseats is on my to-do-list as my baby is just about outgrown her infant seat!. I am so excited about this one.   22. This is a continued comment from the comment above…My husband and I welcomed our first child to the world one year ago last week. As I was preparing my one year olds birthday party, I found out I was pregnant with our second. We are over the moon excited but obviously a little overwhelmed. This carseat would mean the world to us and solve a huge problem of having two little ones so close in age. I am so thankful for lunchpailsandlipstick and Nordstrom for offering this opportunity.   25. My husband and I were just browsing the stores and added this to our registry. I am very suprised that Nordtsrtom has car seats as well but will now know to look there. First of all, the carseat I have is past the 5 year mark, but before that, my 2-year-old girl, Stella, puked on it and I was so exhausted, I just threw it in the trash!! That thing had been cleaned so many times!!! But, baby #3 will have a stronger stomach. I just know it! I need this!!! I have done all that you asked us to do! Pick me!!

  45. Already following all 4 and have been since day 1! Also pinned on Pinterest and Instagram! I love reading and following L&L! Especially since my husband and I recently found out we were expecting the (very) unexpected! My husband and I had only been married less than 4 months when we found out we were going to be parents. When I first found out, I was panicked. I felt scared, not prepared, and the realism of bringing a child into this world was overwhelming. Becoming a mother and growing our family was something we had always wanted, and something I have been dreaming of since I can remember. However, the timing and surprise of it threw me off and shook me up. Reading LunchPailsAndLipSticks has helped me become a little less overwhelmed and scared and little more prepared and excited. From snack ideas, to baby clothes, to recipes, cute kid accessories, good workouts, and even beauty tips (which means a lot when you don’t feel all that sexy as your body changes) you guys have it all! So thank you! Reading has also helped me realize becoming a mother does not mean you cannot continue in your career and your dreams. I am currently studying sports journalism at ASU (which has been a dream of mine since age 14) and watching you 3 plus the guest interviews have helped me decide to keep going and follow my dreams even with our sweet baby on the way. L&L has also helped me realize that motherhood and a professional life is do-able and there is such thing as a healthy balance but family comes first. You are all so inspiring! Winning this car seat would be such a blessing and we would put it to good use from day 1! Its amazing! With both me and my husband finishing up school, money is a little tight but we know the safety of our baby is something we do not want to settle on.   48. I’ll be honest. If I were to win this I would give it to a family I know that is really struggling financially to get together the things they need for their baby due in September. Most of the items they have gathered are from consignment. Shops. I can only imagine what a smile it would put on their faces to have something so shiny & new and all around Awsome. Best part it’s backward and forward facing so no additional car seat purchases needed! If I were not on my 5th and final baby I would want to snag it for myself! Haha.   92. I would be so exited and grateful to win this carseat! I am the mother of four children. We we were done having kids so we gave everything baby away. We have nothing baby. In March we were surprised to find out we were pregnant(with an IUD). This carseat would be so awesome for our family that is starting from scratch obtaing baby gear.
