Liquid Collagen vs. Powder Collagen

Collagen is such a buzz word right now. I wanted to explain why I am choosing a liquid collagen over a powder version. First of all, we all stop producing collagen in our late 20’s. So everyone should be taking some kind of collagen.

What exactly is Collagen? Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body. It is the major component of connective tissues that make up several body parts, including tendons, ligaments, skin, and muscles. It is very important. The main benefits of taking collagen include skin health, relieves joint pain, prevents bone loss, boosts muscle mass, promotes heart health, gut health, nail growth, and hair growth.

You can get collagen from some foods like Bone broth or Pork Skin but to be honest, taking a supplement is easier and its already broken down in a way your body can absorb and use faster.

SO Why liquid over powder? Liquid collagen is digested and absorbed into the bloodstream more quickly and efficiently than solid supplements (which your body has to work harder to extract nutrients from) We absorb 90% of the liquid collagen vs. 30% of the powder collagen. This is for everyone! The quicker you can absorb the collagen the quicker it can start working for you. This is for everyone!

Here is what I take. I order the Pure 2 bottle bundle. Once I go to maintenance mode, I will just need one bottle a month. I truly believe in this product and love seeing all these benefits take place and knowing I am taking care of myself from the inside out.

Xx
