Gut health and Fiber

It is no secret that taking extra care of my gut is very important to me. I have always had issues with it as long as I can remember.  I have suffered from IBS most of my life and only in recent years  have I taken the steps and seen specialists after specialists to finally get diagnosed with celiacs disease. I have become hyper aware that all products are not made equally.

On this journey I came to understand the importance of FIBER. Did you know that the recommended amount of FIBER per day is 25 grams? That’s a lot of FIBER but I use this FIBER SUPPLEMENT and it helps me hit that every day. It’s gluten free and formulated with psyllium husk that gives you 24% of the recommended daily value in every serving and it actually tastes good. It also is made from the same company that makes my liquid collagen I am always raving about. I knew when I ordered this I had the best quality I could buy.

Here is why FIBER is so important for everyone.

  • Helps you feel less hungry between meals
  • Promotes a healthy digestive system
  • Supports bowel regularity & waste removal
  • Promotes intestinal tract function
  • Supports colon health
  • Supports gastrointestinal health
  • Supports feelings of well-being
  • Helps you maintain normal, healthy cholesterol levels

Now lets talk pro and prebiotics. Both so important for overall gut health. It is hard to get both in. I have recently discovered a product that contains both and even more. TREBIOTIC. It is all natural and gives you both in one intake. It have been dying to get my hands on this but it has been sold out ever since it came out. Click here for to take advantage of the PROMO.

Here are some of the benefits from TREBIOTIC:

  • Optimizes gastrointestinal health
  • Supports gut barrier integrity
  • Optimizes micronutrient synthesis
  • Promotes microbiome diversity
  • Supports immune function
  • Supports brain and cognitive health
  • Optimizes overall wellbeing and energy

I have never felt better in life. My gut is healing and I am now understanding what I need to do and eat in order to keep it on track.
