It’s truuuue, I’m a carb addict. This has definitely been a struggle for me now that I’m dealing with being celiac and gluten free. I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what my new normal is. At first I ate anything that said gluten-free. My mind started thinking gluten-free meant a free pass to eating all of it. Almost like, “oh jenna that bag of gluten-free chips are so healthy, eat the entire bag. No biggie, it’s like eating celery sticks.” HAHA! So after a couple weeks like this, noticing I was in fact gaining weight instead of becoming a healthier version of myself I decided to get some help. So, I jumped on instagram stories and asked all of you ladies what I should do. I was so taken back by all of you! It actually made me emotional being able to connect and email some of you about this topic. You guys saved me and I found so many accounts I use now for ideas and help!
