For Wellness Wednesday I wanted to share more of what I do before and after my workouts. Not everyday looks like this but for the most part I try really hard to stick to this schedule. Every morning I typically start out with my 1 tablespoon of TRIM and 1 Tablespoon PURE Collagen. I get my kiddos off to school (I love that school is in person now) and I head to the gym. Right before I work out I always take a Modere Go. This is the cleanest pre-work out product I have found. I never get any crashes and it keeps me going.

I carry these Bala weight around with my everywhere. I love just putting them on when I walk the treadmill or on my wrists when doing some resistance training. They are so easy and add just the right amount of extra weight I need. I am also loving everything Alo right now. This sports bra is everything.
Once I have finished my workout I always make a smoothie. It’s fast and easy and the best way to get all the nutrition I need after a hard workout.
Here is my go to smoothie recipe right now:
-1 c. Nut Milk (I use cashew milk)
-1 scoop protein powder
-half frozen banana
-1 tablespoon chia seeds
-1/4 tsp. vanilla
-5 ice cubes
-1 T of PB2 or peanut butter
This is the protein I have been obsessed with. It is plant based, and super clean.
