2.Can you do a MAKE-UP tutorial?

yes! I just ordered this RING LIGHT and will start doing makeup and skin care videos on the regular! If you want a little list of what I wear during the day here it is:

morning routine + make up

wash face, apply VIT C, apply SUNSCREEN, CC CREAM (i wear light) , BRONZER (instagram filter for face! tafetas beige color), EYELINER, EYE SHADOW GEL PEN, LIPS

3.How do you stay motivated to be skinny and workout?

I try to think about being healthy instead of skinny. I don’t weigh myself ever! I go by how my clothes fit and how my energy levels are. This helps me stay focused and keeps me from having discouraging thoughts.

Get a workout partner. This helps me the most! I love having an accountability partner and someone to help me stay motivated.

4.Do you count MACROS every day on your app.

I try to do it weekly. Ive been tracking for 6 months now so I have a pretty good idea what works for me each day.

5.Best career advice?

Stay consistent and do what you are passionate about. If you aren’t in love with your job, you won’t want to give it your all. I opened it up to our super bowl crew and this is what some people said-

Dennis said be the first one in and the last to leave.

Another tip- If you enjoy what you do, you won’t ever work a day in your life.

Never give up.

8.What NECK CREAM and procedures do you recommend for aging neck and jowls?

I love the Strivectin Neck Cream! I’ve worked with them on and off for a couple years and my neck has changed. I believe in their products and the ingredients they use.

9.Best benzoyl peroxide cleanser for adult acne. I can’t use salicylic cleanser.

I love this CLEANSER. And this SPOT TREATMENT with benzoyl in it.

Benzoyl Peroxide is usually used in skin care products meant to treat acne. It is typically used in a treatment product such as an all over gel or at a higher concentration in a spot treatment. It can also be found in cleansers.

For the typical acne treatment, I recommend trying a Benzoyl peroxide or Salicylic Acid face wash and then following up with an all over Benzoyl Peroxide treatment daily. As needed use a stronger spot treatment just on blemishes. There are some people that respond better to a Benzoyl Peroxide cleanser, then Salicylic Acid treatments, it’s a matter of trial and error to figure out what works best for you.
