last night

California has been experiencing a serious heat wave! On Sunday my car read 105. It almost felt like I was back in the Arizona desert. Last night I had a dinner to attend and really wanted to wear this new dress. The dress being long sleeve and to the floor I was seriously worried I’d overheat. Umm..I didn’t. Like, at all. The material is so so light and get ready…it’s also $54!!!!!

  1. This look is stunning. you look flawless! I wonder how this dress would work with a small baby bump!? love, love your blog!!

  2. The link for the dress takes me to First & I Racer Back Tank Top 🙁

    • that is so so weird. ASOS must have switched links cause it was right when I first did it. It’s fixed now. Thank you for the heads up!

      • Thank you! Ive purchased it – hope it looks as nice on me as it does on you 🙂 P.S. Happy Birthday xx

  3. Love your style! I’m attending an
October wedding in Santa Ynez, Ca (Sunstone Villa). I’ve been on the hunt for casual cocktail and formal cocktail dresses. I would love it if you did a post on cocktail dresses for weddings!!
    Thx!

    • Thank you! I think anything goes for weddings these days unless specified on the announcement or by the bride. Just don’t wear white:) But really, this is a dress that could totally work. Keep checking back, we post dresses often. XXO
