Happy Monday! I hope everyone is still on a sugar high from the weekend. Easter is my most favorite holiday to celebrate. I love everything it represents. It always feels like a fresh start to me. I always commit to be better, do better, give more, love more, and try harder to be the person I know God wants me to be. I left this weekend thinking mostly about how God wants us all to find joy on this earth. Joy in who we are, joy in our family and joy in what we do. Here’s to following our hearts and loving the moment we are in at all times. Loving the good,the bad and all the in between. The pink watermelon color is the bomb!When I was in the city last week the sun was shining and I was having the best time at work. Goofing off with my friend (Amanda, who kindly takes my pictures) when a couple pigeons decided to attack me. I’m not even kidding. I had sugarfina candy (i love the sugar lips) in my bag so maybe they were after that but I was so freaked out! I’m so terrified of birds. Anyways, I love that Amanda kept taking pictures and caught me laughing, because once I start I can’t stop. You can even see one of my pigeon friends in the picture above. Lesson to learn, if you hang out in Columbus Circle, be really careful with the pigeons on top of the statue of Columbus.
