Brooke Hill Jewelry

I was first introduced to Brooke Hill’s jewelry when I visited Prism Boutique. Instantly drawn to her delicate designs I knew I had to meet her. We met at Starbucks with all my kids in tow. Brooke was so sweet as my kids coveted everything she laid across the table and I had a hard time playing cool when all I wanted to do was put everything on and bail with it.:) Her pieces are unique and modern, yet timeless. I know you will love Brooke’s designs and want to offer our readers 20% off your entire purchase now through July 25th using code: LLBHJ20 at checkout HERE.

Your jewelry is so delicate. How long does it take to create each piece?
If it’s the first time I’m making a new design it might take hours, but I would say 30-45 minutes is average for an item. The smaller pieces require so much extra attention to detail!

Where do you find inspiration for your line?
I definitely find myself drawn to simple geometric shapes and patterns, it feels both modern and classic to me. Also I like to incorporate my favorite stones like quartz crystals, turquoise and kyanite to name a few. Sometimes just finding the perfect gemstone will spark an idea. I love creating pieces that give a nice, clean minimal feel when worn alone but also pair nicely with the jewelry you already own.

What are your top 3 favorite pieces to create?
I don’t know if I can even answer that! I feel so lucky every time I sit down to make something, that I enjoy every piece. But lately I’ve really been enjoying making rings. I also have some exciting new designs drawn up that I can’t wait to get to work on!

What’s surprised you the most about starting a business?
It doesn’t feel like work when you LOVE what you do! I’m not saying there haven’t been some stressful moments, but it’s so exciting at the same time. I’ve had to learn how to do a lot of different things that I didn’t even think about in the beginning. But that’s part of the fun for me.

Where can we see more of Brooke Hill Jewelry?
Recently Billabong used some pieces in a shoot for their e-commerce site. Also Mate the Label used it in their new campaign for their Dailies basics collection. And the beautiful Clare Bowen from the show Nashville just wore the Quartz Fan necklace to the CMT music awards!
