off to the Beach

It’s time to get out all those summer dresses. I rounded up my favorite dresses with Bloomingdale’s that are perfect to dress up or down. I love finding clothes that I can mix up and wear day and night. This black high/low dress is a key piece in my summer wardrobe.

We headed off to Rockaway Beach with our kids last weekend. I wore my favorite swim suit underneath my black dress. It’s a trek for us to head to the Rockaways but the waves are really fun, so we went for it! Plus my favorite taco stand is out there on the shore. We stay all day and into the night. This is the perfect dress to have for this very reason. I brought a light kimono with me to throw over the dress when we went to dinner and I felt perfectly put together. I didn’t have to bring a change of clothes. It was so easy!

I’m also loving white sandals for summer. When I found these white strap sandals it was love at first sight. Something about wearing white with a tan makes me smile from ear to ear.I heart summer time!! And don’t forget to check out the perfect straw beach tote. How amazing is this woven straw tote.
