New Arrivals + 3 things on my mind…

Checking out the new arrivals at Nordstrom is something I do weekly. It’s ever changing and where I get 80% of the clothes I wear here on L&L. My most recent purchase is this EMBROIDERED TOP. 3 things on my mind…

1.The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is just a few weeks away! I get more excited for this sale than I do Christmas morning. For real. Last year some of the top sellers were: NuFACE, T3 Dryer, St. Tropez, and J Brand. This year I’m hoping to see more of the above + these SNEAKERS, TIE HEELS, and anything from DVF.

2. This is the last week of school! Hallelujah.. We have a couple of quick trips planned. First a road trip up the coast to San Francisco and back all along the 1 Highway and then a staycation in Anaheim. Kids are taking private skate lessons at the Vans skatepark and flying trapeze lessons. I think I’m signed up too..not sure how the girl who can’t do a cartwheel is going to do on a trapeze…

3. I took Avery and Poppy shopping for shorts last week. Do you know how challenging it is to take a 12 and 13 year olds to the mall? They have their opinion and I have mine. I get the final say in all purchases which is a good thing considering Avery tried sliding a pair of shorts that barely covered her cheeks into the mix. They both ended up with really cute denim cut offs. Avery got THIS pair and Poppy THIS one.
