mosaic & 3 things on my mind…

Happy Thursday! This mosaic wall makes me really happy. It’s so bright and cheery! It’s in La Jolla on Eads Avenue if you are local and want to check it out. I’ll be taking the kids back for some pictures soon. Have you seen this lace-up tee yet? Comes in three colors and it’s a great price! 3 things on my mind…

1.I think I’m going to start a series of things I hear in gas stations. I go a gas station once or twice daily. Not to fill up my car, but for a fountain drink, protein bar, treat after school, another fountain drink.. From the homeless, to construction workers, other moms needing a caffeine fix, I hear some good things. Today a man asked the worker at Shell to get him a frozen hot dog from the back for his bun “cause they good like that”. Insert dry heave.

2.You guys Fuller House starts tomorrow on Netflix and for some reason I feel nervous to watch. I’ve seen every episode of Full House multiple times, especially now that it’s also my daughters favorite show. I just want it to be good. I want to cringe for Kimmy Gibler the way I did when I was 10. I can remember sitting in class from 1987-1995 with butterflies because it was Friday and that meant TGIF and popcorn. I mean are Becki and Uncle Jessie still married? How will they incorporate Michelle into the show since the Olsen twins decided not to do it? Eek..who else is excited?

3. So I’ve been watching some periscope lately with our friend @jennaskitchen. She posted about this Becca powder in Moonstone that she applies with a big fan brush along her cheekbones and across the sides of her forehead. You guys, it was so pretty! I just ordered some.
