happy birthday..to me

Well..today is my birthday. Another year. Since I turned 30, I’ve had an issue with aging. But, why? I don’t feel old. I have more energy than I did in my twenties. I listen to the same music as my daughters. I’m healthy and fit. So, as a gift to myself I’m committed to focusing on all the good in my life and not on a number that doesn’t define me anyway.
