40% off Cecelia New York + WEEKEND DEALS

Happy Sunday everyone! Make sure and check out DEALS of the weekend I put up yesterday.

Now for a little re-cap of fashion week. 🙂

I wanted to share with you a few of the shoes I wore because I found them on sale today. I don’t know about you but shoes just make everything better. Bad days, fat days, any days…..shoes always make you look and feel good. When I find a brand that is as comfortable as they are amazing I feel like getting out my old megaphone from my cheer days and shouting out to the world.

WEAR THESE!

Cecelia New York shoes are on sale!! This brand has everyone from Taylor Swift to all the top fashion bloggers requesting shoes. I’m obsessed. A few below are the ones I have that are now on sale. booties | classy chic heels | fur booties I’ve lived in these this winter (same with T Swift!) these cut out heels/booties

Remember I wrote this about missing a special trip in Park City in January? I had a hard weekend letting go of a decision I made to cancel a trip to Park City. I hate saying no to things, especially things I really want to do. Being a mom always comes first and it’s haaaard. I had a feeling I shouldn’t go and low and behold my entire family has been sick. I had that huge scare when Gwen got sick (don’t laugh at the pics of me, 3 years ago my hair is literally yellow, haha) and ended up in the hospital so I get really nervous when she’s sick. Dennis’ work trip was thrown up in the air (he was supposed to be in switzerland) and so much to juggle. SO I cancelled, so bummed. Anyways I was going with Cecelia New York. Check her shoes out, they are AMAZING! I’ll be styling some of the collection soon, so stay tuned.

Here are a few of the pairs I wore during fashion week. I loved them, and so did everyone else!

I wore this midi dress twice. I like that you can dress it up or down by adding different shoes.IMG_1782

ps- what do you guys cook on Sunday?

I’m on day 5 of my cleanse from sugar and all things gluten. I finally have fully committed to getting all the gluten out of my body after finding out I’ve been allergic to it for years.

I’m making crockpot chicken with my favorite salsa verde sauce. Shred it up for tacos. My kids love these. I posted it here.

  1. Hi.. I cannot find the nude booties you have on, they must have sold out 🙁 Thank you for sharing 🙂

  2. Hi! Just want to clarify on the chicken. You put both salsas and the taco seasoning in the crockpot with the chicken, right? Also, how did you find out you are allergic to gluten? I’m just wondering because I’ve had some weird things going on with my body since I turned 40. Might just be because I’m old. Haha.

    • HI!
I actually just do the salsa verde on my chicken in the crockpot.

If I use the red salsa then I add a little taco seasoning.

The green (salsa verde) has enough flavor on its own.

I’ve had stomach issues since I was little. I finally just went in to my doctor and got tested for it. So nice to finally know what makes me sick and bloated all these years.

      Hope that helps!
