The BEST Overnight Cinnamon Rolls

We recently discovered a new Cinnamon Roll Recipe in our family and it wasn’t even a question about changing out the old one we used for THIS ONE! We made them for Thanksgiving breakfast and couldn’t stop eating them all day long. You can bake them in these easy to use/ throw away tins. Or use this pan with a lid to keep in your own home. I’ll be passing these out to friends, neighbors, and teachers this year with a big red bow.

The rolls have a secret ingredient that makes them super fluffy! I’m already planing on making a huge batch of them and passing them out while wearing this sweater while telling my favorite robot Alexa what music to play.

Overnight Cinnamon Rolls
These cinnamon rolls may look like they take a lot of time. But they don’t if you plan ahead! Make these before you go to bed at night and then wake up and cook them and they are all ready to go!
Combine yeast, sugar, and water and let sit for 10 minutes.
Add salt, eggs, oil, and 5 cups of flour. Mix for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining 5 cups of flour and mix for 5-7 minutes.
Let rise an hour.
Place dough on a floured countertop
Then cover with lots of cinnamon.

Roll and slice

1 Tablespoon yeast
3 cups warm water
1 c. sugar

Combine and let sit for 10 minutes

1 Tablespoon salt
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup oil
5 cups flour

Combine for 5 minutes.

Add 5 more cups of flour

Mix for 5-7 minutes.

Let rise 1 hour. Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured board and spread with butter, sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll together and slice individual roll slices and place into a well greased or sprayed pan with a lid for later. Cover with thin cloth. Let rise for 8 hours on your kitchen counter.

bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes

  1. I want to make these for conference/Easter weekend…. it says let raise overnight for 8 hrs…. that means make them super late? Or can they raise for 12 hours?
