Food Matters!

EVERYONE MUST WATCH THIS!
Last year I became obsessed with food documentaries.  I would watch one a night for weeks.  "Food Matters" was by far my favorite!  I watched it again last week and can not believe the amount of intriguing information this film has. It's educating and inspiring! Modern Medicine can be a wonderful thing but we live in a society where we feel the need to find a drug to fix everything. Instead of putting toxins into our bodies the right foods can do the same things.  Did I mention this is much safer? We don't have control over much but we do on what goes into our bodies. I have seen a HUGE change in myself and my family's health this past year by eating more raw organic fruits/ veggies & having moderation in our diets.
Did you know?

~2 handfuls of raw cashews are equal to 1 dose of prozac.  Cashews help with depression!

~119,000 people die per year from infections they get from being in the hospital!

~The majority of our food is at least a week old by the time we eat it, having only 40% of it's nutrients!

~Less than 6% of doctors have nutritional training!

~Drinking a liter of water every morning before eating or drinking anything else will cleanse and make room for more nutrients in your body!

~High doses of Vitamin C can help fight and in some cases cure cancer!

This film is packed full of interesting facts and studies!  Please take the time to watch. You will be so happy you did!  It will benefit you and your family and will help you look at food in a different way! Food is powerful and can heal.

"When in doubt use nutrition first"- Dr. Andrew W. Saul
